Florida's First. One Mission.

Located in Glades County, next to Lake Okeechobee, our farm is home to four large commercial greenhouses, purpose-built for Arabica coffee cultivation — the first of their kind in Florida.

The Process We are the only farmers in Florida to control the entire coffee process in-house — from planting and harvesting, to milling and roasting. Every bag ships directly from our farm.

University of Florida Partnership UF's agriculture research team works on-site at our farm testing soil and developing Arabica varieties suited to Florida's unique climate.
